About This Item
The standard turntable lays flat because record players were designed around a needle that sits in a groove by gravity. The Fuse Vert challenges that assumption: a counterweighted, precision-balanced tone arm holds the needle in contact with the record while it plays vertically, facing outward. The engineering required to make that work correctly is non-trivial. The result is that the record becomes part of the room.Mid-century modern in its proportions and materials, the Vert is designed to look as considered as anything else on a desk or bookshelf. The Audio Technica AT3600L cartridge ensures the audio matches the visual statement: clear, accurate, warm in the way vinyl rewards careful listening. For the study, the office, or wherever you do your best thinking: a record player that treats the act of listening as something worth watching.FM radio, Bluetooth streaming, line in and line out also available.
