About This Item
Hand-foiled faux leather bookmarks with trees and evergreen motifs. Each one unique, made by an in-house artist. The tree designs on these bookmarks are hand-foiled, meaning the pattern is applied individually by an artist at A House of Books. Trees and evergreens render as delicate, complex images when foiled. The result is more intricate than screen-printed alternatives and distinctly tactile. These are bookmarks for people who linger over the physical details of reading: the paper, the binding, the ribbon. Faculty and bibliophiles buy these in multiples.
